There are four steps to operate the Hydraulic Bolt Tensioning:
1. Rotate the round nut into the bolt and insert the handle into the hole until it is firm.
2. Insert the support seat of the hydraulic stretcher and cover the round nut.
3. The hydraulic stretcher is screwed into the bolt, and the stretching head is tightened with a swinging handle until there is basically no clearance between the parts.
4. After installation, the quick joint of the high-pressure tubing connected with the ultra-high pressure oil pump is inserted into the quick joint of the hydraulic stretcher.

Operate the ultra-high pressure oil pump, input the high pressure oil to the cylinder of the hydraulic stretcher, the piston starts to work, and the hydraulic stretcher enters the working state. At this time, attention should be paid to the working pressure of the ultra-high pressure oil pump and the stretching length of the hydraulic stretcher, and it must be controlled within the set range.
When the working pressure and drawing length of the hydraulic stretcher reach the rated value, the ultra-high pressure oil pump should stop working immediately, insert the dialing handle into the dialing hole of the round nut, and pull the round nut firmly in place clockwise.
In the use of hydraulic stretcher, the process requires to continue stretching to increase the elongation length. After the round nut is tightened in place, the ultra-high pressure oil pump should relieve pressure according to the operation procedure, and then insert the dialing handle into the piston dialing hole of the hydraulic stretcher, and dial the handle to make the piston reset. Then operate according to the above method until the process requirements are met.

After the hydraulic bolt tensioning is finished, the ultra-high pressure pump is first released and then disassembled. There are two disassembly methods, which can be selected according to the working environment: 1. With the pulling handle, the drawing head is moved. First, the pressure oil in the cylinder is drained to the oil storage of the ultra-high pressure oil pump, so that the piston is reset, and then the quick joint connected with the high pressure oil pipe is disconnected. The hydraulic stretcher is screwed out of the bolt, and the support is taken out to finish the whole drawing process.
2. To disconnect the quick joint connected with the high-pressure tubing, the hydraulic stretcher is first screwed out of the bolt, the support is taken out, the screw on the piston end is loosened with the inner hexagonal wrench, and then the stretcher is clamped in the middle of the bench clamp, the screw rod is slowly tightened, and the hydraulic oil stored in the cylinder is discharged until the piston is completely reset.
