If water is mixed in the hydraulic oil, the substances with poor stability in the hydraulic oil will generate hydrophilic organic acids and soaps, which will emulsify under the agitation of the pump, reduce the smoothness and affect the working performance of the pump and valve.

6. Good smooth function
The fit clearance of each moving part of the hydraulic components is very small, usually controlled within a few microns to 100 microns. In order to extend the life of the components, it is required to coat the moving surface with high-strength oil film to reduce wear.
7. Freezing point
The freezing point of the hydraulic oil is required to be 10 ℃ lower than the ambient temperature, otherwise the start-up will be affected and even the hydraulic oil will not work due to insufficient temperature.
